It’s almost August, and you know what that means: school bells will be ringing in less than a month, and so will cash registers during back to school shopping. If you’re like me, shopping smarter and stretching my budget will be a priority. The Florida Sales Tax Holiday begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 2 and ends at 11:59 on Sunday, August 4. Local schools go back into session in mid-to-late August, so plan now to take advantage of that. I am always looking for deals.
That’s why I plan to head out to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, one of Central Florida’s best-kept shopping secrets where you’ll find savings up to 75% off at select stores. The village-style center offers a customer-friendly shopping experience and 50 spacious outlet shops with convenient store-front parking. Shoppers will find great deals at the area’s only Old Navy and G by GUESS outlet stores, newcomers Justice, Crocs, Calvin Klein and Levi’s® Outlet Store, as well as other well-known outlet stores include Aeropostale, Carters, Converse, Famous Footwear Outlet, Fossil, Gap, Izod, Nike Factory Store, OshKosh, Rack Room Shoes, and many more. Stop into the new Lindt Chocolate for a treat! I love this center.
Here’s your chance to win a $50 gift certificate to the Center! Simply leave a comment telling me what your favorite store is in the outlet center and how much you think you will spend on Back to School shopping this year! You must live local to the Orlando area. Contest ends July 29th at 11:59pm.
Even if you don’t win the gift certificate, you can get in on the savings by downloading a coupon from the Center’s web site, then bringing it to Travelpro to receive a coupon booklet valued up to $400 in savings. The Center is located at 15657 S Apopka Vineland Rd (SR 535), Orlando, FL 32821.
In exchange for my time and reporting my opinion within this blog, as well as keeping you advised of the latest discount offers,I have been provided with a gift card of my own to experience Lake Buena Vista Factory stores. Even though I receive this benefit, I always give an opinion that is 100% mine-

Dress Barn is my favorite. I'm a total addict, I admit it. Their stuff is cute and comes in big girl sizes! :)
Old Navy for sure! I love their clothes, they make it easy to look put together.
Carters for the baby :)
Carter's and Osh Kosh!
Oh. Em. Gee. Loft for me! :) We have spent about $200 on back-to-school clothes for the kids. Nothing fits them anymore. I feel like they've grown out of all of their clothes this summer. I still need to get them a few pairs of shorts (each) and at least one more pair of shoes (each).
Carter's for kids! But I would totally spend a few dollars at the Disney Character store also! :)
Old Navy!!
We would spend it at one of the shoe stores (Rack Room) for sure! They both need some new shoes. :-) Typically spend a around $100 per a kid.
Do I have to pick just one store!?! I would say I spend the most time in Old Navy of all the stores :)
The Gap....I can't buy pants any where else.
I love Gap :)
I would love to shop at Carters and Osh Kosh for my son! Their clothes are so cute :)
My fave is definitely the Old Navy outlet! And I have no idea how much we'll be spending on back to school shopping, since we might be doing it for the first time this year!!
Old Navy!!!
Carter's,Gymboree & Gap are my favorite!
Sorry - forgot my E-mail. hollymcrawford@hotmail.com

I love the Levi's Factory outlet!

I would love to shop at OshKosh and Tommy Hilfiger.
I love Gap the best, but my kids don't need any new clothes, so I'll be spending money on new school shoes this year. Sketchers twinkle toes are in my daughter's wish list. I think we will probably spend $100 or so on school supplies and shoes.
Guess is my favorite. Will probably spend $75 on clothes.
I'd hit up Justice for my big girl.
I don't believe I've ever been there, but according to the other comments there's an Old Navy, and I do love that store :-)
Old Navy for the kiddo, and Dress Barn for me. I usually end up spending about $100 on the little man for back to school clothes.
